Frequently Asked Questions

  • We accept returns for items that are damaged, defective, or not the correct size, color, or fit, as long as they have not been worn, washed, or altered. Returns must be initiated within 30 days of receiving your order. Once approved, we will issue a full refund for the product price or provide an exchange for an item of equal or lesser value.
    Please note that customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

    Final Sale Items

    All custom pieces, limited-edition items, and marked final sale products are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. These items are made in small quantities and often to order, so we kindly ask that you double-check sizing and details before purchasing.

    Return Process

    To start a return, email ellab@maisondella.com with your order number, a brief explanation of the reason for the return, and a photo of the product if it is damaged or defective. Once your return is approved, we will provide detailed instructions for shipping the item back. Please return all items in their original packaging with the receipt or proof of purchase.
